Professional History

Brooke specializes in office sales and leasing, focussing on tenant and landlord representation and investment real estate counseling. Brooke joined NAI Olympia Partners in April of 2006 as one of the youngest associates in the company's history.

With over 5 previous years of related industry experience she possesses a multitude of related skills including marketing, public relations, research analysis, financial analysis, design, and space planning.

Industry Experience

As the marketing and listings administrator for NAI Bergman, Brooke supported 13 real estate brokers with marketing materials, bid proposals, property presentations and advertising strategies. She has experience in researching, analyzing, and presenting real estate market information.

Brooke also has a vast understanding for architecture and interior design gained from her experiences while previously working at CSO Architects, Interiors, & Engineers. She worked in affiliation with Duke Corporation assisting in the design of commercial office building lobbies, corridors, common areas, and complete tenant improvements. Client tasks included space planning, selecting interior finishes, field verification, and drafting of electronic blue prints.

These previous industry related experiences enable Brooke to give clients additional and educated guidance relative to marketing and promoting properties as well as insight on building structure, space layout efficiency, and aesthetic design elements.

Represented Winslow Facial Plastic Surgery in the PURCHASE of a 23,000 square foot medical center located at 2000 E. 116th Street, Carmel.

Represented Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Indiana in the SALE of a 27,500 square foot church located at 4550 N. Illinois Street, Indianapolis.

Represented Wilbur Smith Associates, a global engineering planning and economists company in the LEASE of 3,600 square feet at 429 Pennsylvania Street, Indianapolis.

Represented Keyence, a global company who develops sensing and measuring solutions for factory automation in the LEASE of space at 9225 Priority Way W. Drive, Indianapolis.

Represented Albertsons when acquired by CVS in the DISPOSITION of office space.
