Ryan has over eighteen years of experience specializing in the retail sales, leasing, acquisition and development of commercial properties. Prior to joining NAI Olympia Partners, Ryan served as the President of Hurst Commercial Real Estate, Inc. Prior to founding Hurst Commercial Real Estate, Ryan was the Vice President of Real Estate for Kosene & Kosene Development & Management Company. In his eighteen years of experience, Ryan has negotiated transactions totaling more than Three hundred million dollars.

REPRESENTATIVE PROJECTS

Represented Steve & Molly Bishop on their sale of 60 acres in Plainfield, IN to Duke Realty.

Represented Staples, Inc. in their site selection on four stores in Central Indiana.

Represented Noel Studios, Inc. in their acquisition and redevelopment of an 11,000 square foot art studio and event center in Zionsville, IN.

Represented Indian Wells Development Company, LLC on the development and sale of Indian Wells Country Club (9 hole expansion) to Club Corp. and 88 residential lots to Ministrilli Homes, Inc.

Represented Ryan Oil Company, LLC in the disposition of 1,300 acres in Desert Hot Springs, CA.
